My speciality? Creating learning experiences that truly address learners' needs and turn practice into performance.

I've worked across corporate training, education, and academia (for 2 decades!), designing courses in sales enablement, customer service, finance and accounting, or soft skills. I've also redesigned clients’ onboarding training into interactive, digital learning experiences that won over the learners and cut the ramp-up period by up to half.

Fun fact: I started my career as a language teacher delivering in-company courses, where I caught the bug for business training. Teaching languages for business meant diving into soft skills training and experimenting with different ways of designing and delivering engaging courses.

When I moved into sales enablement training, I got totally hooked. I still enjoy creating e-learning in this field - it's a perfect fit for my favourite approaches: interactive scenarios and game-based, adaptive learning.

Hi, I'm Aggie, an instructional designer and e-learning developer.

Some time ago, I joined a company offering lots of digital training. I was thrilled to open the LMS with courses on any topic you could wish for. But when I started launching them, my heart sank. I knew that e-learning can be so much better than that. So, I took the plunge and started working on my own.

I now work with organisations and training providers developing digital training that engages learners and makes knowledge stick. Digital learning experiences that distil complex ideas into easy-to-absorb ones. Rather than just presenting information, my courses guide learners through the material, provide scaffolding where needed, and include plenty of practice. I'm a big fan of gamification – the real thing, not gimmicks, badges, or leaderboards. I like adding game mechanics and using variables and branching-based adaptivity to boost motivation and improve retention, but only when they really benefit learners.

But, nothing beats first-hand experience. Have a go at my course samples and get in touch if you want a similar course.
